• Check your confirmation email and download the intake form (doing it in advance gives you the most amount of time to relax during the treatment).

• Bring a blanket if you tend to get chilly (for Covid measures). Or you can buy a super-light and warm space blanket for 5€ that floats on top of the needles. You can reuse it for follow up treatments.

Please note there are fees for sessions that aren't canceled with at least 24 hours' notice (75% of individual sessions and 100% of package sessions). This helps other patients get treatment when they need it! Being mindful is a nice way we can all participate in taking care of the community.

Wear loose, comfy clothes if possible.

It's good that Portugal and Lisbon are mindful of the coronavirus. To help keep everyone safe, measures are in place at the studio to maintain a sanitary environment.
